My name is Christine Laughlin, I am in my late thirties, and from Pueblo Colorado. My parents are Ron and Patty Laughlin and I have a sister, Tracy Paulsen. I graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Sciences. After graduation, I worked in the home-building industry as a production and operations manager, as well as in purchasing and estimating until 2013. I have been a WPRA barrel racer full time for the last four years and have had my WPRA card since 2007. My main horse is “Six Pack,” an 11 year old gray gelding. I have been rodeoing my whole life at every level. I also do team rope and breakaway! Some of my major accomplishments are qualifying for the Mountain States circuit finals; winning some of the most prestigious rodeos in the world like Reno, Salinas, Dodge City, Kennewick, and Ellensburg; qualifying for the 2014 Wrangler NFR; and winning third for Horse of the Year. For the past three years, I have also qualified for the American, alongside running and winning many Cinch Shootouts.
